We are thrilled to present Valérie Milot, one of the world's most talented harpists. The artist will perform at the Consulate General of Poland in Toronto on March 19, 2016.

Her concert at the Consulate General of Poland in Toronto will be a part of a series of recitals promoting her seventh record "Orbis", featuring an eclectic repertoire ranging from minimalist offerings by Marjan Mozetich and Steve Reich to works of John Cage and Antoine Bareil. The program, prepared especially for the Toronto audience, will include works of Morricone, Bareil, Schafer and Polish composers: Lutoslawski, Wieniawski and Chopin.

Valerie will be accompanied by Antoine Bareil, a great Canadian violinist, composer and arranger.

“Milot’s touch on the strings is effortless. She conjures both harp and notes away. They vanish on her fingertips. hat pours out is pure musical perception, an instant crossover into the place the composer must have imagined before the first note was inked.” - The Chronicle Herald (Stephen Pedersen)
