Dobrochna Zubek is a Polish cellist with many creations and accomplishments inspired by her life experience in various parts of the world including Poland, France, Mexico, USA, and Canada. These musical travels have inspired her in choosing the title, "Mexico-Voyage" and the repertoire for her newest record that we are proud to present to the Torontonian audience.

Join us for her exclusive live performance at the Consulate General of Poland in Toronto. Immerse yourself in the Slavic atmosphere captured brilliantly by Witold Lutosławski and Kazimierz Wiłkomirski. Feel the Mexican spirit in the powerful and distinctive voice of the solo cello brilliantly conceived  by Manuel de Elias and Manuel Enriquez. Enter the swing jazz feeling of time as well as the charming elegance of the tango as Dobrochna plays the most exuberating music on her record, created by her father Andrzej Zubek. Enjoy the rich and colourful sound palette of her cello while she performs Piotr Moss' requiem inspired works.

You will surely be inspired and moved by Dobrochna’s passion and unyielding commitment to artistic discovery and excellence at the highest level. For more information about the artist, visit her website.
