    The Conference has been organized for more than 20 years. This year’s 20th Jubilee meeting will be held between 15th and 17th September in Warsaw and Torun.

    The aim of these conferences, organized for many years, is the development of international economic cooperation. The Economic Meetings of the Polish Diaspora enable business networking between representatives of big, medium-sized and small enterprises. They serve consolidation of business environment, they enable an exchange of knowledge and experience.     The participants of the conference are representatives of many countries, domestic entrepreneurs and the ones from the Polish diaspora, representatives of chief and local authorities, known figures from the economic world, representatives of chambers of economy, entrepreneurs and managers of companies both in Poland and abroad, leaders of financial institutions. There are also representatives of the world of science and culture, members of Polish foreign posts and representatives of leading media in Poland and abroad. Until 2016, representatives of the following countries took part in the World Economic Conference:  Angola, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, The Netherlands, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Canada, Kazakhstan, Congo, Kuwait, Lithuania, Latvia, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Mozambique, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal, Russia, Romania, RPA, Singapore, Slovakia, Switzerland, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Vietnam, the Great Britain, Italy, Zambia, United Arab Emirates.


    The subject area of the conference includes all aspects of economic lives of modern companies run by the Polish diaspora all over the world. Presentations are given by such participants as partners of the conference, independent experts and consultants and representatives of participating companies.


    The Conference creates a platform for the environments of the Polish diaspora that enables direct networking and cooperation, which results in many economic projects. The Conference is a place of a dialogue for representatives of economic environments of the Polish diaspora that arrived from every continent, and personal relations, which were formed during these meetings are a key element that serves international cooperation. It is also the biggest meeting on the Polish market, which focuses Polish economic diaspora from all over the world – both in terms of the prepared meetings, and the number of people taking part in them.


    The organizer of this enterprise is Polonia Foundation along with Lux Veritatis Foundation and the host – the Council and the President of Torun.
